Returns Request Form - Step 1

Returns (including samples, surplus and damaged goods) can only be accepted by using this form. This ensures that we process your return with minimum delay and also so we can easily identify your item when it is received. Sorry but we unable to process returns over the telephone/email for non-account customers. Items returned without authorisation may be rejected, returned or remain unprocessed.

To return surplus goods you must do so by: *

We are not legally obliged to provide refunds on goods unless you notify us (in writing or above)within 7 working days following the day of receipt, however as a goodwill gesture we may refund goods returned up to 28 days of receipt subject to approval and a minimum 30% restocking charge. If you wish to return items after the 7 days period please contact us here before sending any goods as prior approval and a return authorisation code must be obtained (include your postcode, product codes and quantities you wish to return).

All goods must be returned in original (re-sealed with clear tape) packaging in a resalable condition. We cannot be held responsible for items you have returned and we therefore recommend you pack them up very well using an insured, signed for service if this is a concern. Thanks for cooperation.
