This healthy and delicious Quinoa and Turkey Stuffed Pepper dish has been one of our favorite meals for a while. When my husband and I just got married, we were pretty strict on eating healthy. I created healthy recipes and made sure each ingredient had good nutritional value in it. Five years and two kids later, we are not as committed to our healthy eating habits. Nevertheless, this Quinoa Stuffed Peppers dish stuck with us through all those years. I love making it because its so easy and simple to make and its so delicious my very picky toddlers always ask for seconds!
