Super Easy Omelet

Super Easy Baby Omelet

Im so excited to share this Super Easy Omelet. My daughter made most of it! Since the name of my site is Kitchen Development, I’m trying to focus more on how to cook with kids and how to help them develop their kitchen skills. Sometimes, I think my kids are still too young to cook but they always show so much interest in helping me. I know that I’m not the best person when it comes to having patience, especially when it means I get to watch my kids make a mess and be ok with that.  But I also know the younger they start learning and experimenting the easier it will be for them when the grow up. So I prepared the necessary ingredients and let my daughter put them all in a bowl and mix it.

Super Easy Omelet Ingredients:

3 Large Eggs

2 Strips of Bacon

1/2 Large Bella Mushroom

1/4 Cup Shredded Cheese

1/4 Cup Spinach

How to Make the Omelet:

Cracking egg for omeletAdding cheese to omeletAdding mushrooms and bacon to omeletadd spinach to omelet

Prepare the ingredients by chopping mushroom, bacon, and spinach. I didn’t chop spinach here because my kids were impatient. Help your child crack the eggs. Unless they are super independent and like to do it themselves like my daughter. They can add all the other ingredients in any order.

Mix all the ingredients together. My son decided to help his big sister here.

From here on, the kids can watch while an adult makes the rest of the omelet.
